Come tap into your inner bliss via the strengthening and nourishing power of yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. Gentle yoga classes provide space for yogis of all ages and ability to practice the healing aspects of yoga. Mixed levels (power yoga) classes allow the opportunity to explore challenge poses set to flow inspiring music. Please check the online schedule for any updates.

 Kids Yoga 

Yoga for kids helps support the development of the whole child. By providing a fun & structured framework children learn a nourishing way to quiet their minds, exert excessive energy, connect with their bodies and breathe. Kavisa has experience teaching kids in both a school and community based setting.
