Mixed levels (power yoga) classes allow the opportunity to explore challenge poses set to flow inspiring music.

Kids Yoga

Yoga for kids helps support the development of the whole child. By providing a fun & structured framework children learn a nourishing way to quiet their minds, exert excessive energy, connect with their bodies and breathe. Kavisa has experience teaching kids in both a school and community based setting.
