Happy Naw Rúz! I hope all my Bahai friends had a blessed 19 days of fasting.

Every year I sprout then grow wheat grass at the start of fast and watch it grow from a seed to nourishment as spring approaches.

Happy Naw Rúz! Happy Baha’i New Year! Happy Persian New Year! Happy first day of spring!
