Eka Pada Koundinyanasana I: Breakdancing meets yoga

“Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.” ~ BKS Iyengar

My first almost success at Eka Pada Koundinyanasana I (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya I) last week. Every time I do it I feel like I’m break-dancing and a huge smile comes to my face. According to google, this pose is closest to the break-dancing move “baby freeze“.
